- HEY THE FIRST TRAIN THAT YOU TESTED IS MINE I HAVE TAHT SAME ONE
- We have had the K Mart Train for around 8 yrs now & has survived the grandkids! still going strong! Has changed slightly coz batteries go in the tender. But still up & running.
- I'm impressed those are an actual standarized guage.  Non-hobbyist trains seem to be always random sizes so they incompatable with anything else.  
If I were a manufacture I would stick to established guages which would lead people into more quality stuff or let hobbyists pick up cheap rolling stock.

- I like the black canyon express v1 better because you can stick Lego minifigs in the cab and when you pick up the tender with batterys inside I feels heavy and feels real
